Shanghai Moon 1987

I enjoyed my dinner.. the bartender made a nice drink and he was very attentive. I got hot and sour soup in a sushi roll. And then I ordered fried rice to go. Everything was great. The thing I like the most is it was very clean in there. I don't normally sit at the bar but I was very comfortable. Their prices were very compatible.

i ordered via UberEats and got the beef with broccoli, roasted pork lo mein, egg rolls, and ginger sauce. The beef with broccoli was good but the sauce wasn't as flavorful as i wanted but after adding some soy sauce and sambal oelek it was delicious. the lo mein was flavorful and there was a good amount of pork strips. The egg rolls were crispy but needed some soy sauce and i dipped it in the hot mustard that came with the order (i am not a fan of plum sauce but the one they sent me was pretty good). The ginger sauce is good but not as much ginger flavor as i would like. i would definitely order from the restaurant again.

The Bartender Wen is awesome and have been a repeat customer because the atmosphere is awesome especially for Sunday football and honestly any sporting event! The have regulars come in and celebrate birthdays etc! Everyone’s welcomed and it’s a nice lively area!

A local gem!! Their food is so good, fresh and so tasty. Recently got the chicken and veggies (comes with rice) and was amazing.

This restaurant serves up excellent Chinese cuisine. I highly recommend both the Orange Chicken and the Chicken Lo Mein—they are consistently delicious. While the pricing is slightly above average, I find the cost is justified by the very generous portion sizes. A definite favorite and a must-try in the area!

We love our Shanghai Moon takeout. Our go to is sushi, which is always delicious and at a good price. The fried rice and the crab rangoons are also fire. It has a cozy and friendly environment and bar as well for a sit down meal or drink.

We enjoyed our dinner at Shanghai Moon. It was around 6:15 PM on. Monday. Not particularly crowded. We were seated immediately, Waters and beverages were served quickly. I can recommend our appetizers - scallion pancakes and egg rolls. Our entrees were all good- crispy sesame shrimp and sweet sour chicken were both served with white rice. We also had the pineapple fried rice, as well as a poo poo platter. The only criticism was that the batter on the sweet and sour chicken was a bit too heavy. For all 4 of us, the bill was approximately $105 before tip. There is bar seating, and they do serve cocktails (we did not indulge). There are also plenty of booths. There is paid street parking and a paid parking lot around the corner (towards the rear of the we restaurant ). We would definitely visit again.

This place is always a wonderful. Think Sports bar meets Chinese restaurant. From this NYer, definitely, a repeat visitor. Sushi comes beautifully displayed and tastes meet expectations. Quick service, water cup and fountain beverages never empty. Seating can be limited, but, we have not had a problem finding a seat.
